Recently i am very confuse about my career after i graduated on June. I was thinking about whether i shall start my business with my best friend or find a job and work for other first.
This question struggled me about 1 month time and i have not made final decision yet. After i consulted my cousin and my best friends, belows are the factors that affect my decision.
If i find a job & work for other:
- Can explore & increase my view from market.
- Meet more people & increase my communication.
- Learn how to control a business & know how is the business flow.
- Not that risk when want to start business after 2~3 years from working.
- Miss a good oppoturnity to start the business in the good timing or right trend.
- Limited free time for doing our own stuff.
If i start my business with my friends:
- May not have income in short period.
- Everything is going to learn by our own.
- Sometimes may distracted by family.
- Risky but payback is high.
- Now is the right time for working out our business .
- If success, it will bring great benefits to us.
- More freedom.
These are the factors & predicted outcome after analysis made based on current situation. What do you guy think?
I hope that i can work for other and work out my business in parallel. Meanwhile, during working hour i work for other and put more extra effort in my business when off duty. Although it sounds easy but it is really hard to maintain as in plan.
Hope i can find my final answer soon…
Sometimes really hard to decide. Even your end decision wont guarantee you any satisfy outcome in the end.
So, go flip a coin !!
haha, i know the end decision may not exactly is the BEST decision. But i won’t rely on COIN to decide my career path.
So, just need to look around now. hehe

That’s why my point is no matter which side of the coin you get wont guarantee the outcome, but it is the effort you put into the decision that counts.
So big boy !
Life is short, grab what is coming. Just remember, even you are lost, there will always be turn back. Even you will feel regret, at least you feel satisfy !
